Aside from the fact that the watch does not appear to meet the advertised specification, your measurements do show a near constant accumulation of error.
That makes the watch a very good one to use for navigation, because you can alter the reading that is on the face of the watch by the rate (of error) of the watch to obtain true time.
The true time is what you seek after all.
