Correct. You do not need to worry about semi-diameter corrections because you are measuring the altitude of the center of the body. So when you extract the refraction corrections (for the sun and moon) from the Nautical Almanac you refer to the refraction tables for the starts rather than the sun/moon tables. Also, there is no dip correction required.
