This is strange, they print the exact same size for me (except for the one in my very first posting, are you sure that you are not accidentally using that one?). Anyway, I've attached in this message all three again. Please try these. Let's hope these new files resolve the problem.
If not, let me know and we'll try something else. The difference could come from your printer or the software you are using. Nowadays every device and program is very "intelligent", and for instance automatically auto-scales everything you print. So that it is actually quite difficult to get anything printed to an exact size. These three files should print the same, but if not, we'll try some extra tricks.
