Thanks for the photographs. I am now ready to
make a test rig Mark 2, and try it out (after the rains!). Then I
can make a finished instrument.
I have reviewed your calculations re the light
path, and have made sketches of each of the possible light paths. I also
created a spread sheet in Lotus 123 (I'm not up to the Microsoft age yet) to
calculate all of the maths, including light loss with assumed % light
reflection. After I have completed all of this, I will let you know the
results, but don't hold your breath for an early reply.
