Is $20-something an "on sale" price? I'm asking because Amazon.com (or was
it buy.com, whoever) lists it at $99, and Celestaire at $25. And I'm
wondering if the $25 price at Celestaire is only because of the upcoming
2000 edition. If that's the case, I'll be tempted as Patrick to buy the 1995
at a reasonable price. For what I'll do with it, I'd rather put down the
    difference towards other sailing stuff.

YA - 3 ring binders don't make good bed reading anyway :)
