Bowditch sightreduction table (Ageton?)

Anyone have the sight reduction tables that where in Previous Bowditch scanned?
I have lost the old edition in one of the many moves since it was bought.
My 2002 edition does not have them and the 1995 edition I have as PDF on my computer is not complete it has NONE of the tables and is missing chapters (and I can not find the Celestaire CD bought secondhand that it came from).
