QUAD GHA corr and QUAD Dec corr in the Bowditch almanac is same for all four years in the cycle, I would think each "day" would require its very own correction, to me this means that they are likely average or something similar of the four years in question.
if you look at attachment below you see what I mean, correection for all four years are the same.
My name is Orjan with umlaut (two dots above the O, & O uml in HTML,), usualy it is represented as OE, so call me OErjan then.
The pronounciation, think of a cockney saying "bird" and the "i" sounds about right for O umlaut.
