    Well, seeing that Mike asked, here's one reason. On my (now very elderly)
    Mac, equivalent to a Mac LC3, running system 7.5, Acrobat Reader 5 refuses
    to install, although there's no problem with version 4. This has prevented
    my access to several PDF documents.
