That's gamma Virginis, or Porrima. Your coordinates are an excellent match. You have RA 12h 46m, Dec -1° 30' while the coordinates of Porrima for this date are RA 12h 42.5m, Dec -1° 32.5'. There was an article at the S&T website noting that the slim crescent moon would be near Jupiter. They detailed it for a US location since that's where most of their readers are located. By then the Moon would have moved on a couple of diameters from your observation. You'll note that they mentioned Porrima and even include it in the diagram accompanying the article.
