    I still enjoy the conceptual image.  A 5400 mile string of weather balloons
    from the surface to outer space at regular intervals! Image what the artists
    Christo and Jeanne-Claude--creators of large temporary earthworks around the
    world who draped parts of California in white USA and New York's Central
    Park in orange--could do what that idea!
