    A correction to my earlier post:
    
    On the matter of the angular difference between the sun and the moon when
    the sun is in transit over the meridian of London on 19 July 1612 (GC), here
    are some comparisons.
    
    Baffin's 7h 19m (RA) estimated from the moon transit data
    Redshift astronomy program:  7h 15m  (RA)
    Searle's ephemeris  7h 10m  (ecliptic longitudes)
