OK I missed a given, this in not meant for us but for the general group of folks going offshore. That means that everything must be easily made or available commercially. That means my own preference for the Brown-Nassau is out since it is not commercially available adn it wouldn't be that easy to make.
Oh, yeah once again, no electronics.
