Whoa there! You'll scare 'em off. :-)
While one MAY wish to invest that kind of money, a watch good enough for celestial navigation can be bought for less than twenty dollars, and less than ten if you're lucky.
For our would-be bubble sextant navigator, just bear in mind that an error of four seconds of time yields an error of one minute of longitude (one nautical mile at the equator or about 0.7 n.m. at 45 deg latitude). A good watch, properly set is definitely required.
