    Folks, please consider the possibility that Wolfgang is TROLLING. It is very 
    likely that he understands these English "expressions" just fine. Wolfgang is 
    fluent in English, and I respect the effort that he has to go to following 
    these discussions in a language which is not his native tongue, no matter how 
    fluent he is. But in this case, as in others before, I strongly suspect that 
    he is feigning a lack of understanding because he wants to start a fight with 
    the "first sender" as he now puts it. It's part of a long-standing pattern of 
    behavior on NavList.
    
    Incidentally, if you don't know what "trolling" means in the context of online 
    discussions, it's something you really should learn. You can look it up on 
    Wikipedia. And while this post is unfortunately off-topic, at least Internet 
    trolling has a nice nautical origin!
