The University of Wisconsin Meteorology Department provides a real time
    weather conditions site at

    http://rig.ssec.wisc.edu/

including solar flux. Go to that site and click on 'real time
metrogram' for current conditions or on 'Realtime and retrospective data
    meteorogram display' for historical data.
