Attempting to decipher a "time sight"
    From: Doug MacPherson

    All:

As others have done before me, I decided to try my hand at understanding a "time sight" work-up in one of the entries of the Charles W. Morgan Navigation Workbook which can be found online.  Living on the West Coast, Frank's class on "old time" navigation is not readily available to me; though I would love to attend it.  Attached is my attempt; any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated.  I have identified some areas that were not readily understandable-with my conjectures noted.  A very interesting exercise.

    Cheers,

    Doug MacPherson
