Well, it couldn't be included in the "IoN Celestial CD". That was based on "Navigation", the Journal of the Institute of Navigation in Washington, DC. This is not to be mistaken for the "Journal of Navigation" (formerly the "Journal of the Institute of Navigation") of the Royal Institute of Navigation - as George has pointed out on several occasions. No Royals in DC! The British journal has edited its whole run since 1948 on CD/DVD by the way, but it is quite expensive.

Both journals resemble each other at least in one regard: in the past they used to publish articles on the history of navigation on quite a regular basis, but these times are gone.
