A very nice drawing of a Traverse board was sent in by Renee Mattie and I have 
posted it on the attachment page of the Nav-L site. No text accompanied the 
file and I did not see a message go by that referred to this drawing. In 
time, I think we will forget what the attachments are for and it would be 
worthwhile to post the message that goes with it or some text sent in by the 
submitter to document it. Just a thought and I am soliciting suggestions 
about how the page should be arranged and administered. This might catch on 
and it may be worthwhile making an index at the top of the page and link that 
to the relevant picture and text on the page.

With this in mind I have added to the attachment page a copy of the messaged that went with the file Dip.

The Nav-L page was down part of yesterday and it has been restored early this 
morning. The glitch seams to be an issue with permissions.
