Do you know if there are any problems or errors that might be introduced in using a clock set to NIST (Boulder, CO)?

The reason I ask is the Sun sights we take usually establish a fix Northwest of our actual postion (as determined by GPS and USGS) by an average of 5 miles.

    Thanks,

    Sam Lohengrin
