Any piece of conductive material will have its motion damped by a magnetic field. eddy curents can form in anything with significant size. It has nothing to do with the magnetic properties of the material, only its conductivity. On Mon, 1 Apr 2002 16:53:42 -0500, Jared Sherman wrote: > I stand by what I said.
