    I have enjoyed the debate on various SR methods, so with no particular axe to grind and no recent practice, I found my old Burton's Tables and got the attached results in under 4 minutes.  I like the way these tables are compact, designed for SR and the fact that the classic cosine-versine (or haversine) method requires no special rules, other than consideration of L+~d.

    I used the AP, GHA and dec in earlier Navlist examples of Bygrave SR.
