I googled Reed Raft (one of yours Frank ;-) and got the Viracocha lll popping up and looking very much like the pictured image in the puzzle. The place is Arica Cille (lat. 18°28' S lon.70°18'W) and the voyage began in March 2019 and ended 86 days later at Takakoto Atoll in the Tuamotu. Can't seem to match up the moon venus lunar with moon 10°, venus 15° and the distance about 35° using moon diameter as a rough reference. The Viracocha lll was on the beach over a year so more work to do to figure date.
