Hi Tony,
Earlier this year, following a similar thread on integrating sextants, I added a setting permitting a variable delay of up to 200 seconds to Astron's time sync facility. That fits in nicely with your above request for up to 3 minutes. I hope it helps.
I also allowed the time sync to be advanced. This can help with "pre-set and wait" observations.
