The Linked plot is my attempt at ISS terrestrial navigation using bearings and a horizontal angle. The bearings needed correcting as per Bowditch table #1 (hope I used the table right). The horizontal angle needed correcting for the altitude of ISS which I only estimated based on conventional trig. I will leave it up to you to figure out the spherical trig correction. The results are in the ballpark so it is safe to say that those lights are Grand Island and Hastings.
