Thanks Dave your star chart looks good. I had confused Omega with 10TA and now see that the Moon is between Lambda and 10TA ( or is it iota ?). Starting over I had to go with the next orbit of ISS to get:

    6 March 2011
    UT 02:16:00
    ISS Lat. 39* N Lon. 88* W
    Dip 18* 18'

Jupiter Alt. Ho - 6* 51' (image) Hc -6* 48' sight reduction by Palm Pilot CN app.
Moon Alt. Ho -14*30' (image) Hc -14*52'

Jupiter Lunar Dist. (image) 13* 00' error 9.3' (4* 40' longitude) by Frank Reed's online lunar calculator

Moon az. 287.9* by Palm Pilot CN app.
    Sun az. 287.5*
