My professional editor wife (once had three books on the NY Times non-fiction bestseller list simultaneously) says "FORWARD" is definitely a misprint....

On page "ii" the header is "FORWARD".

Is it a typo? If I were writing that text - I'd use the "FOREWORD" instead.
