Re: Altitude correction using Artificial Horizon?
    From: Andrés Ruiz

    Hello Kirk,

When using an external artificial horizon with a marine sextant:
a.. The vertical angular distance between the body and its reflected
image, is twice the altitude: Hs = Hap_horiz/2
b.. Correction for dip does not apply: dip=0.
c.. Other errors caused by acceleration forces, (boat movements, coriolis,
...), acting on the liquid and doing their surface not to be perpendicular
    to the gravitational force.
