I seem to find GHA=81 deg 49.6 min and Dec= S 29 deg 34.0 min at 9:00:00 UT on 13 July 2009 in all of the following sources:
USNO online navigation data
USNO ICE program
Frank's online almanac
Andres Ruiz's almanac program
Xephem program
Can you name yours?
(I get close to your answers for 9:01:00 UT.)

Douglas's posting stated 2008 as the year, which is what I used. I missed that another line in the same posting says 2009. For 2009 I find from my aries_stars.xls spreadsheet:
GHA: 81 degrees 49.7'
Dec: S 29 degrees 34.0'
My second source was Frank's online almanac.
So I suppose that this answers my question. :-)
