In my papers from Ernest Brown, I found some interesting information on The Adm. The ADM. was to come to Newport to meet QMCS Kabrick and myself and present an award to QMCS Kabrick for the start of a new " best Navigation Instructor for the year from "NAVIGATION FOUNDATION."
Mr Brown came, presented instead for an unknow reason?
