    The radar range and bearing is the base to my Franklin Continuious Radar plot.
    It is in NO.1310 Radar Navigation Manual. It is also taught at Marine Safty in 
    Middletown RI. The Radar range is very accurate but the bearing is considered 
    good. Together they are better than good. The only fix by one sextant I very 
    used was the EX-meridian, a few of us would see who would buy the COKES.
