Makes sense to me, though it appears not to everyone, however given the name of this discussion site, seems as if public discussions//comments/questions should be limited to Celestial Navigation.
Regarding "personal comments" using the Reply To Author button seems about right. In passing, I would like to note the following. The presence of this button "Reply To Author" has escaped my attention, oops, on that proverbial second look, I just noticed same.
