    You've obviously never moderated an Internet group or mailing list, or you
    would never be so presumptuous to make a statement like that. Frank gives up
    a lot of his own free time to make this list available to anyone who's
    interest (at no charge, and no financial gain to himself either), so please
    show a little more respect for his efforts.

    What century are you living in? Don't know what e-mail program you're using,
    but I don't know of anything that was created in the last 20 years (or
    longer..) that won't let you click on a link enclosed in an e-mail. Perhaps
    you should take a look in the mirror before accusing others of making things
    "difficult".
