Two thoughts that are maybe feature requests. When I search for a topic on the website it does not seem possible to follow a thread. Am I missing something? Of course in email it is a function of your mail client.

Other thing I was wondering about persistent archiving. Does the way back machine capture NavList? Could it be archived with a doi like on Zenodo? So much of the web has become transient and there is so much on NavList that,  like  traditional navigation, needs to be preserved.

I'm implementing some changes slowly over the next few weeks. First, plain text NavList emails and plain text daily digest emails will no longer be available. I kept these for a decade longer than necessary. I think that's plenty.

Please stay tuned for other changes.
