    Notice that the fuel consumption of 32.4 lb/h for 45% of 160 hp, 72hp
    being produced means the engine achieves a specific fuel consumption
    (SFC) of .45 pounds per hour per horsepower, right in the middle of
    the expected range of .40 to .50.
