As I explained, I could find no way to plot it on a printer. It appeared only as a picture on my screen, not as a separate attachment, but included within the message in Outlook Express. There was an attachment, "NavList_5388.obs (231 bytes)", but I could find no way to open that. There was no way I could alter the aspect ratio of that picture. If the x and y axes were indeed intended to plot as equal scales in miles, then it's easier to understand. But on my screen, they didn't plot that way, and so even if the error ellipse had been in reality a circle, it wouldn't have shown up as one: therefore angles were significantly distorted.
