    I got 10 deg 53.69' S ;  178 deg 53.0' E.  This is close to the Fix via Excel mSolver method, but appears a little west of the other answers.

    I used NavPak Android beta, which uses the average of the LOP intersections on a Mercator plotting sheet screen.  NavPak was within 0.1' of the Ground Positions shown in the problem for the given time.
