I just received, from Amazon, the commercial edition of the 2012 NA, There are several pages of ads at the back of the volume, one page plus the inside of the front cover also containing ads. Looking at what I would describe as page i, one finds the folowing.

Looking at Amazon, I hadn't noticed any reference to the skyhorse edition you mention. As to the significant price difference, might one edition be the Commercial Edition, the other being the Government Edition, which is hard covered, and contains no ads?
