Somewhat surprisingly, if I'm doing things right, Gary's Air Almanac data for the declination of the Moon for 4 Feb 2011 seems to disagree with a consensus of a number of other sources including, Moshier, JPL horizions, ICE, USNO online, and others. Anyone else?

Hello Dave,
Yes, that is strange indeed !
With TT-UT=+67.2 s, on Feb 04, 2011, for the Moon I find the following :
01:00:00 UT, MOON DEC = S -9°12'43"9 (+/- 6") , and
17:00:00 UT, MOON DEC = S -6°05'14"7 (+/- 6") while for this same moments, the Air Almanac publishes :
01:00:00 UT Moon Dec = S -9°12'
17:00:00 UT Moon Dec = S -6°04'
Certainly there is an error in the published coordinates by the Air Almanac, an event which is likely to be an extremely rare occurrence ...
Best Regards
Kermit
