Re your comments on The Air Almanac, the very low cost of it's production, other than "they set the price where it is because they can", there is little justification for, as I recall, it's $28 price, for a cd only version. While the cd version takes up almost no space, it is a whole lot less convenient to use than the book version, or so it seems to me.
