I'm sorry with the name of my Great Uncle, it was David not James. There is a Marker in Ballywillan Cemetery to the Victims of the Wreck.
On a side note, the Cemetery dates back to the 16th Century. And there is a Memorial Monument outside in Life Boat Service HQ in Portrush.

    Thank-You All for your Help

On my Great Uncle' Headstone it does mention the Ship The Providence. I forgot to mention that, my apologizes. His name I belie was James Martin
Thank-You for helping with history of the Shipwreck, it now will help fill in the holos in the Family Tree

Another question, what is the history of the Life Boat Service. The last time I visited Portrush there was a Modern Day Life Boat.

    Thank-You Everyone
